We specialize in early morning training, with sessions available at 5:15am, 6:15am, and 7:15am — ideal for clients who want training done before the day takes over.
A limited number of evening and weekend sessions are also available.
Personal training at Fort Personal Training averages $75–$95 per session, depending on your training frequency and level of support.
We’ll recommend the right option during a brief consultation so you know exactly what to expect before you start.
We are located in Bedford Landing on Singh St. The studio is a separate building fully renovated to a private gym. No crowds. No noise. No confusion. Just a clean, focused space designed for people who value privacy and efficiency.
Most of our clients are restarting after a long break. You don’t need to be ‘in shape’ to start. You need a plan, expert guidance, and a setting where progress happens naturally.
